The SOLARA family comes in two sizes. The original SOLARA is a bold 43 mm; the Petite is a more delicate 35 mm on a slimmer 14 mm band — sized for those who prefer a smaller, lighter watch. Here they are side by side, on the same wrist, so you can see the difference and choose what feels right for you.
Slim through the case at 8.3 mm and light at around 50 g, the Petite sits in proportion on a smaller wrist. And because the Milanese mesh has no preset holes, it closes continuously: snug on a petite wrist, easy on a fuller one.
Slimmer than most smartwatches, and smaller across, too — that's what lets the Petite read as jewellery on the wrist rather than a piece of tech.

Common Questions
Will it fit a smaller wrist?
Yes — that is exactly what it is built for. At 35 mm with a 14 mm band, the Petite is sized for smaller wrists from the start, and the Milanese mesh has no fixed holes, so it adjusts continuously to close precisely, whether your wrist is petite or fuller. It sits light and in proportion, not tall or bulky the way larger smartwatches can.
Will it work with my phone?
It pairs with the free companion app — a third-party app — on iPhone running iOS 13 or later, and on Android 6.0 or later. Both finishes are identical inside.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 5 days on a single charge, depending on screen brightness, notifications, health settings and how often you use it. It recharges on the included magnetic cable.
Can I change the watch face — or use my own photo?
Always. Choose from a library of dials in the free app and press and hold the screen to switch, or upload any photo from your phone to wear as your dial. No subscription is required for the watch's core features.
Is it water-resistant?
It carries an IP68 rating — dust-tight and resistant to rain and splashes. We don't recommend swimming or wearing it in the shower.
Are the wellness readings medical measurements?
No. Heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and cycle features give general wellness estimates only. They are not medical devices and shouldn't be used for diagnosis, treatment or medical decisions.
Does it arrive ready to gift?
Completely. Every Petite arrives in the NOVACCHI presentation box, with a Certificate of Craftsmanship inside. Many keep the box long after.

The size of the watch is perfect and looks expensive. Unfortunately the step counter is not accurate. I wore it with my fitbit just to make sure and it was off by over 1,000 steps. I sent an email requesting a refund and have not heard back.

On the step count, that is useful feedback and worth chasing down. Two things make a real difference: filling in height, weight and stride in the app profile, as the count is calculated from those, and wearing it a little more snugly just above the wrist bone. If it is still out after that, tell me and I will put it right rather than leave you with a step counter you cannot rely on.

Very nice watch that actually looks nice, like a watch, not a big black box. But it also records and keeps track of everything, steps, heartbeat, etc. Love the color, very easy to use. I wouldn't call it 'for small wrists' because I have large wrists for a lady and it can go way bigger, I'd say it could be called 'small watch face' . It came with 2 straps that can be interchanged.

I love the color of this watch is classy and timeless. The watchband does not pull the hair on your arm. You can customize the watch face to anything that you would like. The blood pressure oxygen and sleep measurement functions are super helpful for my daily lifestyle. The watch battery lasts for many hours. The setup of the watch is very easy. The only thing that’s missing is a little Manuel that could be included inside the box. I am very impressed with the smart watch and wear it all day.

The watch did not keep time and I had to sync to the app daily. The band also unclasps at random times and falls off. The watch itself is beautiful and I wished it worked better. I initiated the return process, send the item back but have not yet received my refund.

Both of those are things we can fix. The clasp is the one we hear most about, and we now make a magnetic Milanese band that holds anywhere along the mesh with nothing to unclasp, which has solved it for a number of customers. The timekeeping usually comes right once the app is allowed to run in the background, as the watch syncs the time from your phone.

It's a beautiful watch & seems to offer a lot of features. I've been unsuccessful setting up my notifications so I find I'm missing messages, calls, etc relying on it. Makes me want to go back to my Garmen.

On the notifications, that is easily sorted and you should not be missing messages. They are switched off by default and need enabling in two places: in the app under notifications, and then in your phone's own notification settings for the apps you want coming through.

I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful look of a smart watch and its gold band; however, due to my very small wrist, I had to switch to use the included cream watch band. Thank you for including the other band. I am an octogenarian and not tech savvy. I had to get the help of my grandson to set up and connect my android phone. The watch looks great - definitely prefer it to the plastic looking smart watches out there. Not sure the tracking is as precise as other options. But as a step-tracker, it works just fine.

Lovely watch with fitness trimmings! Not sporty like a Fitbit or bulky like an Apple Watch. Several women in the office also purchased after they saw mine. The charging is a little wonky as the magnetic charger only fits one way - directions were not clear on charging. App was very easy to set up and now use. Highly recommend!
