Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email with your tracking number. You can also visit novacchi.com/pages/track-my-order at any time.
Yes — international tracking can pause for 2–5 days while your package moves between facilities. If there has been no update for more than 10 business days contact us at hello@novacchi.com and we will investigate right away.

The SOLARA is compatible with iOS 9.0 and above and Android 5.0 and above.
The CORVUS is compatible with iOS 9.0 and above and Android 5.0 and above.
Both the SOLARA and CORVUS use a magnetic charging cable included in the box. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours
The SOLARA lasts up to 6 days on a full charge. The CORVUS lasts up to 10 days on a full charge. Battery life varies based on usage and features enabled.
Both watches are IP67 rated — splash and rain resistant. They are not designed for swimming or submersion.
Each NOVACCHI watch comes with the watch, magnetic charging cable, Certificate of Craftsmanship, and a NOVACCHI luxury gift box.
Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason return the watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Email hello@novacchi.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions within 24 hours.
Every NOVACCHI watch comes with a 1-year warranty covering hardware defects, display faults, and charging failures. It does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Contact us at hello@novacchi.com within your warranty period. Defective units are replaced within 48 hours of confirmation — no questions asked.
