If your NOVACCHI is not what you hoped for, return it within thirty days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. We believe a watch should be tried on, lived with, and chosen freely.

Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. We will provide the correct return address and instructions as soon as your return is initiated.

How to Start a Return

1. Write to us at hello@novacchi.com with your order number and a brief note on the reason for return.
2. We confirm your return within one business day and send you the correct return address, along with packing instructions.
3. Pack the watch carefully — in its original presentation box where possible — and ship to the address we provide. Retain your tracking number.
4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within three to five business days to your original method of payment.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund:

• Return must be initiated within thirty days of delivery.
• The watch should be in original condition — lightly tried on is fine; damaged, modified, or heavily worn is not.
• The charging cable and packaging should be returned with the watch where possible.

We reserve the right to apply a partial refund if a return arrives in a condition significantly different from how it was shipped.

1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty

Every NOVACCHI watch is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date of delivery.

14-Day Defect Replacement

If your watch arrives with a manufacturing defect, we send a replacement within forty-eight hours of confirmation. Simply write to us at hello@novacchi.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photograph where helpful. In most cases the defective unit need not be returned.

Defects refer to issues present from delivery — a screen that will not turn on, a charger that will not engage. Accidental damage from use is not covered under this provision; for those cases, the standard one-year warranty applies and is assessed individually.

Lifetime Band Warranty

Your NOVACCHI band is covered for life against manufacturing defects — a broken clasp, a parting weld, an unraveling weave. If your band ever fails for reasons that are not the result of wear or accident, we will replace it at no cost.

Replacement is at our discretion based on the nature of the defect. Write to us at hello@novacchi.com with a photograph and we will resolve it within one business day.
