Processing Time

Orders are processed within one to three business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions outside our control.

Duties & Customs, Covered

NOVACCHI ships internationally, and we believe a final price should mean a final price. Any customs duties or import taxes assessed on your order are covered by us — not the customer. You will never receive an unexpected invoice at delivery.

If a carrier ever requests payment before releasing your order, write to us at hello@novacchi.com and we will resolve it on your behalf.

Following Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may pause for several days while your package transits between carriers — this is normal, and does not indicate a problem with your order.
