30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind every NOVACCHI watch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return please follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@novacchi.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm your return within 24 hours and provide you with your personalized return address.
- Pack the watch securely in its original packaging where possible and ship it to the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the return your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Important: Please do not ship your return to the address on the original package you received. That address is not our returns facility. Returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed. Always wait for our confirmation email before shipping — we will provide the correct return address at that time.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund your return must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Watch is in original condition — not damaged, modified, or heavily worn
- Includes all original accessories — charging cable and packaging where possible
We reserve the right to apply a partial refund if the item is returned in a condition significantly different from how it was received.
1-Year Warranty
Every NOVACCHI watch is covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers:
- Hardware defects
- Display faults
- Charging failures
- Manufacturing issues
Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the IP67 rating, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
14-Day Defect Replacement
If your watch arrives with a manufacturing defect we will send a replacement unit within 48 hours of confirmation. Simply email us at hello@novacchi.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. No need to return the defective unit in most cases.
Lifetime Band Replacement
Your NOVACCHI Milanese mesh band is covered for life. If your band ever shows a manufacturing defect contact us and we will replace it free of charge.
