01 · Returns
Thirty Days to Be Sure
If your NOVACCHI is not what you hoped for, return it within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. We will not ask you to justify your reason. A watch should be tried on, lived with, and chosen freely.
Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. We provide the correct return address and packing instructions as soon as your return is initiated.
Outside the United States
Please write to us before you send anything. International return postage can be a significant share of what you paid, and there is often a better resolution available. Email hello@novacchi.com and we will look at your order individually.
02 · The Process
How to Start a Return

Write to us at hello@novacchi.com with your order number and a brief note on the reason for return.

We confirm your return within one business day and send you the correct return address, along with packing instructions.

Pack the watch in its original presentation box, together with the charging cable and every band supplied, and ship to the address we provide. Please retain your tracking number.

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within three to five business days to your original method of payment. Your bank may take a few days more to display it.
A small request
Please wait for our confirmation email before shipping. The return address is not printed on your original parcel, it is served by USPS only, and returns sent elsewhere or by another carrier cannot be processed.
03 · Conditions
Return Conditions
We do not ask why you are returning. We do ask that the watch comes back complete, and in the condition it left in. To be eligible for a full refund:
- The return must be initiated within thirty days of delivery.
- The watch should be in original condition. Lightly tried on is entirely fine. Damaged, modified, or heavily worn is not.
- The original presentation box, the charging cable, and every band supplied with your order must be returned with the watch.
Restocking fee
Returns arriving without the original box, the charging cable, or any band supplied are subject to a $10 restocking fee, deducted from your refund. We would ask you to keep your packaging until you are certain your watch is staying with you.
We reserve the right to apply a partial refund if a return arrives in a condition significantly different from how it was shipped.
04 · Warranty
One-Year Warranty
Every NOVACCHI watch is covered for one year against manufacturing defects, beginning on the date of delivery.

Every NOVACCHI watch carries an IP68 rating, which means it is dust-tight and resists rain, splashes and hand-washing. No NOVACCHI is intended for swimming, showering, baths, or submersion. Hot water produces steam that can reach the internals, so please take it off before you get in.
05 · Arrival
Faulty on Arrival
If your watch arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within fourteen days of delivery and we will send a replacement, which ships within forty-eight hours of the fault being confirmed. Write to us at hello@novacchi.com with your order number, a brief description, and a photograph or video where the fault is visible. We will tell you whether the faulty unit needs to come back.
This covers issues present from delivery, such as a screen that will not turn on or a charger that will not engage. Accidental damage from use is not covered here. For those cases the one-year warranty applies and is assessed individually.
06 · The Band
Lifetime Band Warranty
The Milanese mesh band supplied with your watch is covered for life against manufacturing defects, such as a broken clasp, a parting weld, or an unraveling weave. If it fails for reasons that are not the result of wear or accident, we will replace it at no cost.
Replacement is at our discretion based on the nature of the defect. Write to us at hello@novacchi.com with a photograph and we will respond within one business day.
