In transit

Your order moves internationally toward your destination.

Final delivery

Your watch reaches your local carrier and is dispatched to your address.

02 · If Tracking Pauses

A Word on Silent Stretches

International tracking often goes quiet for several days while a package moves between carriers and customs facilities. This is entirely normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

If your tracking has shown no movement for more than ten business days, please write to us at hello@novacchi.com with your order number. We will investigate the same day.

03 · Can’t Find Your Tracking Link

Lost Email, Spam Folder, or Otherwise

If you cannot locate your tracking email, first check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, write to us with your order number and we will resend the link within one business day.
