What to Expect
A Word on Silent Stretches
International tracking often goes quiet for several days while a package moves between carriers and customs facilities. This is entirely normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.
If your tracking has shown no movement for more than ten business days, write to us at hello@novacchi.com with your order number and we will investigate.
If It Says Delivered and Nothing Arrived
Carriers occasionally scan a parcel as delivered a little before it reaches the door. Give it 24 hours, then check any porch, mailroom or safe place, and ask whether a neighbor took it in.
If it has still not appeared, write to us at hello@novacchi.com with your order number and we will take it from there. You will not be left out of pocket for a parcel you never received.
If You Cannot Find Your Tracking Link
Check your spam and promotions folders first, as tracking emails often land there. If it is not in either, write to us at hello@novacchi.com with your order number and we will resend the link within one business day.
