First at all, I love this watch. I got this as a gift from my mom and normally I’m not a watch person but this one definitely easy to wear with it and smart and especially match my skin color. I love the color and I love I can change the desktop of my watch. I am still playing with it and will recommend to my friends!

Comfortable, smart looking, easy to use. Heart rate and blood pressure are not as accurate as I would have hoped for. Good watch for the price.

I bought this because it said made for small wrists. While it was smaller than a lot of the watches, it was still bigger than I'd hoped. It did look nice with the mesh band, but that didn't work on my small wrist. The other supplied band worked, but took away from the look.
I also had an issue with the sleep tracking. It wouldn't pick up any sleep before midnight.
I will say the customer service was very responsive until the this issue with sleep tracking came up. I never got a response on that. I ultimately returned it. Mostly because of the size.

I have VERY small wrists. I have had two popular competitor smartwatches that, no matter the size or band, always slid around on my wrist, which caused inaccurate results for exercise, steps, etc.
I am so impressed with the size of the watch face and that I could remove links from the band (very easy), making the watch fit PERFECTLY!
It looks classy; I enjoy it more than any smartwatch I have had in the past 15 years!

I bought the Solari with the silver band and loved it so much I bought the black leather , sparkly silver and the the chunky silver band so I can wear it no matter the occasion. The customer service has been exceptional! The ensured I got the right band for my watch and my lg wrist, even checking to make sue the size would fit me before shipping. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with this watch. I get compliments all the time and personally use all the functions for my health monitoring. Best purchase I’ve made in a long while!

As you can see, my wrist is very small. The watch band itself actually goes all the way to the face inside the band. The band clasp also does not clasp tightly and I have had it fall off several times during a walk. So I have decided to purchase a different band IF the butterfly band has the ability to remove about 5 links (that it how many links I have to normally remove from my other watches). Also, I think the extra watch band should be black or brown. I won't use the white band.

I love the look, and it does connect to my iPhone. I haven’t gotten the heart rate to work yet, and I’m not thrilled about the fact that if doesn’t also show the time when showing a notification. Until I get more familiar with it it won’t be my everyday watch, but for the price and the features I have used it’s a nice looking alternative to clunky apple watch.

I wanted something simple just to track my steps and my workouts… Something a little more sleek than an Apple Watch. This watch is so sleek and so classy. I can wear it out, I can wear it to the gym and I can even wear it to bed and it’ll track my sleep. Not to mention the battery life is amazing. I like the variety of clock faces. The steps seem accurate. I have also used the sleep info. I accidentally had it on in the pool and quickly took it off. Whew, it isn't damaged. It is also comfortable to wear. And it is easy to use, unlike other fitness watches I have tried.

Not sure why the rose gold has a silver clasp. The mismatch of color is a little off putting. The rose gold appears more of a copper to me and for that I chose not to wear the band it came on. I’ve been trying to love it. I promise I have. I respect small businesses. But I am not in love with it. The feel on my wrist is fine. It’s light. Easy to wear. It has the features I was looking for. I have no complaints other than the color issues.

I really like this watch. I don’t have to charge it everyday, maybe every two days, it’s sleek, simple, and good for daily wear. I do not believe that it is accurate with sleep and steps, but it still gives me a range. I wish I could have ordered this watch in gold (not rose gold) as well as a face protector.

On the tracking, that is fair. These sensors give you a range rather than a precise count, and it is better to say so than pretend otherwise. Wearing it a little more snugly does tighten the figures if you wanted to try.
Your two suggestions are noted, and both are good ones. A yellow gold finish has come up a number of times now, and a face protector is something we do not currently offer at all. Both are going on the list.

I have a very small wrist. And the watch is great and I love it…but the band is still quite long. I have a difficult time getting it secured and sometimes the latch does not quite lock in so I must be diligently aware in case it falls off.

Does everything as advertised and easy to pair with my android. The rose gold mesh band would not stay closed so had to replace with included band which I wish was shorter. Thankfully, it's not difficult to change the band.

This is a great alternative to the Fitbit Charge watches I wore for years. It looks like a regular watch, which I love, but it also has a very slim fit and hugs my wrist well. The band doesn’t pull on hairs at all, which is always a concern of mine with metal bands. It’s a bit tricky to figure out the clasp at first but now I love it and can adjust it fairly easily. I have it on the lowest brightness setting and was able to change the settings so the screen only turns on automatically during my waking hours. I really like this watch!

The size of the watch is perfect and looks expensive. Unfortunately the step counter is not accurate. I wore it with my fitbit just to make sure and it was off by over 1,000 steps. I sent an email requesting a refund and have not heard back.

On the step count, that is useful feedback and worth chasing down. Two things make a real difference: filling in height, weight and stride in the app profile, as the count is calculated from those, and wearing it a little more snugly just above the wrist bone. If it is still out after that, tell me and I will put it right rather than leave you with a step counter you cannot rely on.

The watch fits great and I like the battery life. I probably charge it once a week so far with regular 5k walks daily. It was easy to connect to my phone and I love all the options available for the face watch. Definitely a great value for the cost.

I was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful look of a smart watch and its gold band; however, due to my very small wrist, I had to switch to use the included cream watch band. Thank you for including the other band. I am an octogenarian and not tech savvy. I had to get the help of my grandson to set up and connect my android phone.
